Prof. Maalej is presently a full professor of Physics at the University of Sfax, Tunisia. He received MS degree in Physics from the University of Sfax in 1995 and PhD in Quantum Physics from University of Tunis El Manar in 2001 and Habilitaion HDR in 2007. He has been supervised ten PhD theses, and co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific journals. Currently he is leading the research group “Photonic and Advanced Materials”. His research interests include theoretical and experimental studies of lanthanide-doped nanomaterials for emerging nanoforensic technologies, optical temperature sensors, nanobiosensor. He is actually associate editor of IEEE transactions on nanobiosciences Journal.

Roya Dastjerdi, 36, PhD, Associate Professor, winner of the first “Women Award in Science (Prof. Maryam Mirzakhani Award)”, 2017, (she has received this nationwide award due to directing and performing the most creative, original and well-engineered research works, outstanding book, patents and other high quality academic activities. She donated the prize to charity to help sick needy children). She has successfully worked on the main fundamental challenges on different aspects of nano-bio-engineered textiles; her accomplishments offer a pathway for many advances. She, “as the main author”, has published 27 ISI papers in the field of nano-bio-engineered textiles cited by 1634 so far (according to Google scholar citation report), 8 of these ISI papers have been recorded as one of the "Top 25 Hottest Articles" or "Top 20 Articles", “Featured Articles” or awarded as "the most outstanding paper (International Awards or achievements)", One of them has been selected as "ScienceDirect top 25 hottest articles" across all subject areas and all journals in 2011 full year. She has written an exceptional book and recorded 20 patents in this field in Persian. 26 international and 15 national conference papers have been published of her research works in this field. She has reviewed 77 ISI papers and one book in the field. She is also editorial board member of 4 international journals including BioMed Research International “IF: 2.583”. She has presented several workshop and M.Sc. courses in the field of nano-bio-engineered textiles. She is a professional academician in independently directing outstanding humanitarian multi-, inter- and trans-disciplinary cutting-edge research works with a great creativity in facing scientific challenges, proposing scientific hypothesis and models, etc. She has selected as national elite and received more than 100 international invitations from high-ranked scientific events, institutes, publications, etc.

Ajay Kumar Mishra is a full Professor at the Nanotechnology and Water Sustainability Research Unit at College of Science, Engineering & Technology, University of South Africa, Florida Science Campus, South Africa and also a “Fellow” member at “Royal Society of Chemistry” UK. He received his B. Sc, M. Sc., degrees in 1997 and 2001 respectively from Purvanchal University Jaunpur, India and M. Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in 2003 and 2007, respectively, from The University of Delhi, India. From March 2006 to September 2009, he was postdoctoral fellows at various South African Institutes/Universities. In addition, he was appointed as “Senior Lecturer” in October 2009 at the Department of Applied Chemistry, University of Johannesburg, South Africa where he was promoted to “Associate Professor” in November 2011 until December 2014. Recently, he was appointed by University of South Africa as “Full Professor” since January 2015. He is also working as “Adjunct Professor” at Jiangsu University, China. His research interests include synthesis of multifunctional nano-materials, nano-composites, biopolymer and/or petrochemical based biodegradable polymers, polymers based materials/composites, smart materials, CNT and graphene based composite materials and water research. He has authored over 100 scientific papers. He has hosted several visiting researchers/scientists/postdocs in his group. He has also developed a number of collaborations worldwide. He has delivered a number of including Plenary/Keynote/Invited Lectures. For his outstanding research profile, he was awarded a number of international awards. Prof Mishra also served as Associate Editor as well as member of the editorial board of many peer-reviewed international journals. He has edited several books by the renowned publishers and also reviewer of many international journals. He is serving as member advisory board of a number of international scientific societies, conferences and workshops.

Evgueni A.Deulin born in Moscow on 9.07.1938. He studied in Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU) and earned his BS degree in 1962. He earned in BMSTU his first doctoral degree (PhD) titled “Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) Mechanism Optimal Design” in 1971, and he earned his second doctoral degree (Dr.Sci) in 1987. From 1988 he works as a professor of Mechanical Engineering Department of BMSTU He leads student Vacuum Technology Research Group. His pupils earned 22 PhD works, three of them were awarded with “Leninsky Komsomol USSR Premium” in 1982. Eight of his nowadays pupils are “President Fellowship” winners. During 1964-1989 E.A.Deulin researched all main types of UHV mechanisms and designed 54 types of standard (USSR) mechanical vacuum feedthroughs, including precise UHV harmonic rotary feedthrough, long travel UHV linear non-coaxial ones, precise (in nano scale range) multi coordinate magnetic rheology drives etc. He is the author of 56 patents of USSR and of Russia. He patented vacuum mechanisms diagnosing system based on the residual pressure variation. E.A. Deulin researched the process of gases exchange at friction in vacuum and he was the first, who theoretically described the mechanically stimulated gases solution process. It was reported on Third Russian Vacuum Conference in 1996 and on 10th ICTF/5th EVC, Spain, in 1997, on 16th IUVSTA workshop and on ECASIA`97, Sweden. The first experimental results, describing this phenomenon were done in 1998-1999 in Moscow (BMSTU) and in Madrid (CETEF) in collaboration with his pupil Dr R.A. Nevshupa and with Prof. J.L. de Segovia. In 1997 E.A. Deulin was the first, who theoretically described and together with his pupil Dr. A.A. Gatsenko experimentally researched the phenomenon of friction force variation as a function o residual pressure in UHV. The results were reported on 4th Russian Vacuum Conference in 1997 and on IVC-14, England in 1998. Today this work is being transformed into “Dry Friction Theory of Smooth Surfaces”. E.A. Deulin is the author of more than 250 scientific publications, he is the research manager of 24 dr.sci. scientists, scientific supervisor of 4 postgraduate students, he is a winner of title “The Best Student Research Supervisor” in BMSTU, his monograph titled “Mechanics and Physics of Precise Vacuum Mechanisms ” was published in Russia in 2000-2003 and then edited (Deulin’s translation) by “Springer” edition in 2014, his new monograph: DeulinE.A Physics of Vacuum Mechanics.-Telecom ed. Moscow.-2018.-286p (published in Russian).

He has a BSC in material science and metallurgyengineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and MSC in extractive metallurgy fromAmirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) and PhD in Nanomaterials from IranUniversity of Science and Technology (IUST) in 2012 and he was as visiting professor inKumamoto University in Japan two times.
