Biography

Dr Kamal Abdel Nabi Abdel Malek Aly is a full-time professor of Physics. Faculty of Science, where he has the interest in Study of some physical Properties of glasses, ceramics and semiconductor Alloys, Oxides and thin films. Also, get awards on the Highly Citation Award for the academic year 2015 to the paper " Characterization of new quaternary glasses, Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids.

High and Low Temperature Techniques, High and Ultra high vacuum Techniques, X-Ray diffraction (Amorphous & Cryst.), Thermal Analysis, High and Low Resistance Measurement, Irradiation Techniques.
